has a twelve-year history of success with the American
Red Cross (ARC). FMG continues to present the Contracting
Officer Representative (COR) training program -
a three-day project-management based program.

won the prestigious "Hammer Award" presented
by the National Partnership for Reinventing Government
(NPR) for exemplary performance working with The
President's Committee for People Who are Blind
or Severely Disabled.

Industries for the Blind (NIB), GBS/FMG has worked
with NIB since 1997 on restructuring pricing policies
and procedures for non-profit agencies working
with the federal government. FMG helped to successfully
change the pricing paradigm from formula-based
pricing to market-based pricing. FMG introduced
project management tools and techniques to NIB.

Industries for the Severely Handicapped (NISH)
GBS/FMG has worked with NISH since 1997 on restructuring
pricing policies and procedures for non-profit
agencies working with the federal government. FMG
helped to successfully change the pricing paradigm
from formula-based pricing to market-based pricing.

Contract Management Institute, the National Contract
Management Association, Food Distributors International,

Providing Support to the American Red Cross The
Federal Market Group was competitively selected in 1993
by ARC to develop and present a Contracting Officer Representative
(COR) Training Program. This is a three-day Instructor-led
project-management skills-based training program with a
heavy emphasis on real-time case studies and application
of project management tools and techniques.
Since 1993, FMG has:
