Scott Hansen

Mr. Hansen is a Managing Partner for The EuroMarket Group, a company that specialises in assisting European organisations establish and manage major technology procurement and outsourcing projects.

Mr. Hansen has authored, with the support of the European Commission, several new European guides for procurement best practice, benchmarking, assessment and improvement.

He is the founding Director of The Procurement Forum, a government supported collaborative association of European procurement professionals addressing the challenges of managing major technology projects.

Mr. Hansen started his career with Bell Laboratories in the US and spent 10 years managing software projects and eventually the entire software product divisions for AT&T, with responsibility for delivering hundreds of products annually to customers around the world.

Mr. Hansen has experience in managing technology projects for a wide range of government and commercial organisations, especially multi-nationals. He has been the Managing Director for several successful software and services companies in Europe and is currently on the Supervisory Boards of several international technology companies.

He earned a BS, with honors, in Business Management, a BS, with honors, in Computer Science and Statistics, and a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering.
